8.1One address

All contact with Stardent B.V. about LatinoSoft goes through one e-mail address: dentalsoft@godentalplace.com. That applies to support, licences, invoices, privacy requests, complaints and reporting a personal data breach.

8.2Response time

Stardent B.V. responds within five working days. A report of a personal data breach is handled with priority (document 2, clause 2.9).

8.3No telephone

No telephone support is offered. Contact is by e-mail only.

8.4What a good report contains

The product and version (found under Help), the licence number, a description of what you did and what you saw, and where possible a screenshot. Never include patient data; anonymise an example before sending it.
